The main objective of this non-profitable organisation is to train and develop future managers for different sectors of Hotel Industry viz. hotels, restaurants, flight catering, airline crew services, shipping, offshore catering, Hotel catering etc.

IBHM is governed by “Grand Educational Society” registered with Govt. under Societies Act 1860. The society was established in the year 1998 and since then is serving for the cause of education. IBHM is a registered user and an approved training centre of the Educational Institute of American Hotel & Lodging Association (USA), established in 1953. IBHM under Grand Educational Society is also a member of various International & National Education & Tourism Association. IBHM provides an all-round exposure to the students in diversified fields which help them to be worthy, true and good professionals of the industry .
