A candidate will not be entitled to claim admission as a matter of right even if he/she is eligible. The college reserves all the right to refuse the admission to any candidate without giving any reason.
 

The candidate is required to produce original certificates at the time of interview/admission, failing which he/she will not be entitled for admission.
 

Fee except security amount, once paid by a candidate will not be refunded nor adjusted under any circumstances.
 

Candidates not reporting for admission at given date and time shall forfeit their chance and the seat will be forwarded to the candidate in the waiting list.
 

If after admission in the institute the candidate is not attending classes without any information for more than 7 days, he/ she will be considered resticated from the institute.
 

Consumption of liquor, smoking, chewing tobacco, gutka etc. are completely banned in the institute as well as in the hostel. If any candidate found doing so will face serious consequences.
 

The use of mobile phones in the institute as well as in the hostel is strictly prohibited. If any candidate found using any mobile phone it will be confiscated.
 

Candidates have to abide by the rules and regulation enforced from time to time by the institute.
 

Hostel is compulsory for outstation candidates.
 

In all the cases the decision of the Director of the Institute shall be considered final & binding.
